Donbas–Ukraine / Crimea–Ukraine education centre: tailored admission support for combat veterans, their families, and entrants from TOT.
KhNPU hosts the Donbas–Ukraine / Crimea–Ukraine education centre supporting applicants from temporarily occupied territories (TOT). Persons who lived on TOT or relocated after 1 October 2025 may enter without the NMT via university interview. Earlier departures still require NMT scores but can access quota‑2 budget seats. Partner secondary credentials are issued by the «Obdarovanist» boarding lyceum (state-recognised upper-secondary certificate).
