Second higher-education diploma

Earn a recognised second qualification alongside your existing bachelor's or master's degree.

Second higher education permits persons who already hold a complete higher diploma (bachelor, master, or specialist qualification) to obtain another speciality defined by accreditation standards. Entry rules, lists of majors, recognised prior learning volumes, and study duration each year derive from KhNPU «Rules of admission» alongside electronic applications filed through https://vstup.edbo.gov.ua and supplementary visits to admissions staff when warranted.
