Applicant e-cabinet (EDEBO)
Electronic applications for bachelor's, master's, and postgraduate places are lodged in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education administered by Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science.
EDEBO (vstup.edbo.gov.ua) is the only official gateway for declaring entrance priorities, uploading electronic dossiers where required, confirming offers, and monitoring competition lists. Universities cannot bypass this national ledger for statutory admission cycles.
Deadlines and priorities
Applicants arrange up to seven competitive offers per tier following the Procedure for admission endorsed each year by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and instructions from KhNPU. Missing a deadline in EDEBO cannot be undone through university email alone.
Paper originals
Electronic submission speeds up queues, but originals or duly certified copies are still inspected per programme rules—watch messages from EDEBO and the admissions desk.
