The KhNPU press office operates through the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media. It prepares official communications on university events and decisions, coordinates interviews and media appearances by university representatives, and arranges filming and event access on campus subject to prior agreement. Its mandate and operating rules are set out in an approved departmental regulation; certified copies are available on request from the press office.
