Ministry state order: official sources for programme-level budget-funded seats at KhNPU.
Budget-funded seat counts per programme are approved annually in the national state order from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Licensed programme volumes, standard programme lengths, and contract tuition ceilings for KhNPU are spelled out in Annex 1 and targeted state-order tables in Annex 11 to KhNPU «Rules of admission… 2026» on this site's Admissions pages. Operational notices about state-order volumes are posted by the Admissions committee during each enrolment cycle.
