Applicants with special educational needs follow general admission pathways while entrance accommodations, adaptive equipment, and mentoring are negotiated with KhNPU Inclusive Education Centre. Legislative anchors include Presidential Decree № 401/2017, internal university statutes, and the «Regulation on the Inclusive Education Centre» — request an up-to-date copy from Admissions or the Inclusive Centre.
